CBS Project/Task Download Results Format Options

Format - Select Fixed if you want your output arranged in a fixed column or table format. Select Comma Delimited for comma separated values (csv) format.

Heading - Select Include Heading if you want the first record (row) prior to the first data record (row) to contain the field or column names. Select Exclude Heading to suppress the heading row.

Summary - Select Include Summary if you want the first record (row) of the output to contain the project code search string and number of rows found. This may be useful to you for identifying your query criteria if you save the file and/or a printed listing. Select Exclude Summary to suppress the summary row. Select Summary Only if you want to see the number of retrieved records (rows) without displaying the actual data.

CBS Project/Task Download Import Information

You can import the results of a query into another application by using the Save As function of your browser. The table below summarizes some of the possibilities that you may find useful. If your application uses headings in the first record (such as for field or column names), you may include them in the query output. These are guidelines only. You may obtain varying results depending on the specific browser and application versions. Please contact the CBS Help Desk for further assistance in importing files into other applications.
